Launch Day in Lyme Regis

What better way to start the day than by launching boats on the early morning tide? Built by students on the 40 week boatbuilding course at the Boat Building Academy in Lyme Regis, the sun was out as five boats took to the water for the first time; two Paul Gartside dinghies, a Nelson Zimmer launch, a Morgan-Giles style launch and a Gorran Crabber spritsail yawl. An empty workshop and some very tired and happy boatbuilders!
