Whilst the panel line up is yet to be announced, the session entitled ‘Empowering tomorrow: Inspiring the next generation and shaping our future’ is expected to provide invaluable insights into the latest trends and innovations in the marine sector, as well as the evolving roles of women in these areas.

The panel will discuss how gender diversity can drive better decision-making and innovation, highlighting successful case studies where female leadership has made significant impacts. Additionally, the session will explore effective strategies for mentoring and supporting women at various stages of their careers, from students to top executives, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent and leadership for the future of the marine industry.

The panel will be followed by a networking session with refreshments; a chance for top professionals and emerging talent to connect and continue conversations.

This year’s event will venture beyond the usual venue, taking place onboard Blue Funnel’s mini cruise ship, the ‘Ocean Scene’, to offer a unique setting.
