Will this finally be the year of the festival? Will this summer see us brushing up on our shanties or checking those tides for the Chenal du Four? So many festivals and events have been postponed or cancelled over the past two years, it’s hard to keep track of whether it’s a Morbihan year or a Douarnenez year, or even what year it is in the first place. We’ve rounded up the festivals confirmed for the season so far, in the hope we will all be able to get together and celebrate our boats once again this year. At the very least, that happy prospect should spur us on when we’re under a hull scraping barnacles.
If you have an event you think we should be including here, let us know at cat@watercraft-magazine.com
Oh and the answer’s Douarnenez – and it’s 2022.
